Homemade Blue Razzle Dazzle Gatorade for Kids

Looking for a fun, healthy way to keep your kids hydrated without the neon dyes and sugar overload? Meet the Blue Razzle Dazzle Gatorade — a homemade electrolyte drink made with simple, natural ingredients.

This is a juice-box, gatorade substitute you’ll actually feel good about handing your kids at soccer practice and games.


🥤 Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold water
  • Juice of 1 fresh lemon 🍋
  • 1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt 🧂
  • 1/4 tsp blue spirulina powder ✨
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup or a few monk fruit drops (to taste)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a small pitcher or jar, add the water and lemon juice.
  2. Stir in the pink salt and blue spirulina until dissolved.
  3. Add your choice of sweetener and mix well.
  4. Serve cold over ice or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
